Dr. Lovin Wilson is a highly skilled Consultant Medical Oncologist at Cancer Centers of America (CCA) Nashik, with extensive expertise in managing both inpatient and outpatient oncology cases. Dr. Wilson completed his MBBS from PDMMC, Amravati, followed by an MD in General Medicine from Government Medical College, Nagpur. His academic journey culminated in a Doctorate of National Board (DNB) in Medical Oncology from Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mumbai, certified by the National Board of Examinations. His robust clinical foundation is further strengthened by his ESMO Certification in Medical Oncology.
With a rich professional background in acute oncology, Dr. Wilson has gained significant hands-on experience in managing various oncological emergencies, including neutropenic sepsis, tumor lysis, spinal cord compression, and chemotherapy-related toxicities. His expertise spans across lymphoma, sarcoma, germ cell tumors, and other malignancies, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to provide critical care in challenging scenarios. Dr. Wilson is also adept at prescribing systemic chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and molecular-targeted treatments, and is experienced in managing the toxicities associated with these therapies.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Wilson has contributed significantly to oncology research, having served as the Principal Investigator for India’s first indigenous CAR T-cell therapy in collaboration with Tata Memorial Hospital, focusing on novel treatments for B-cell lymphoma and leukemia.
